HEALTH GUARANTEE:  SIX MONTHS guarantee against congenital conditions pertaining to kidneys, heart, pancreas, spine or liver.  Parvo and other viruses are not included in this guarantee.

To activate this guarantee, you as the new owner must take your puppy to the vet within 24 hours of the shipment date and contact us by e-mail and phone with the results.

** If there is a verified problem with the puppy by two independent licensed veterinarians, you will be able to choose a new puppy as soon as one is available of the specific breed and sex that you first chose.

** You must take good care of the puppy you have and pay to ship him or her back.  You will need to contact me for shipping information.

Reminder:  Purchase, Shipment and Vet Check in 24 hours upon receipt of the puppy constitutes an Agreement and the Guarantee will be immediately in place.

DISCLAIMERS:

1. Owning a puppy means regular trips to the vet for routine checkups and shots.  You, the new owner, are responsible for all veterinary appointments and payments.

2. All puppies are sold as COMPANIONS.  There is no guarantee as to breeding ability or color change.

3. WE, AS THE BREEDER, ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY.

4. WE, AS THE BREEDER, DO NOT REFUND MONEY.

The above are safegards for you as the new owner and us as the breeder.  Our puppies are vet checked before they leave and are never shipped if there is any doubt in our minds that you are receiving a healthy, happy puppy!
